What Are The Side Effects Of Regestrone?

Hai, I am recently married and i have delayed periods of 20 days. I went to doctor, she conducted urine test nd blood test nd told that I'm not conceived. So she suggested regesterone tablets for me for 5days. Is this tablets will effect uterus and if I am conceived is it OK?????

Hi, i do care for your concern.
regestrone is a hormonal drug, that may induce periods, at the withdrawal of the drug.
this is a progesterone containing drug the side effects are very very minimal, and hence can be taken without much of worry.
Since urine pregnancy has been done, you can be sure that you are out of pregnancy.
Hence you can safely take this tablet without much worry.
