Hello
Biopsy showed that you are having
tubercular lymphadenitis , hence your doctor advised AKT-4 , a combination of
rifampicin,isnoniazide,
pyrazinamide and
ethambutol . Usually doctor advise this drug combination for on empty stomach . Since you are feeling
dizziness , so this is the side effect of akt4 .
Most of doctors prescribe this drug only for two months .
So first of all consult your doctor for the duration of time for this drug .
Since you are also taking pantaprazole , so instead of this take pantaprazole-d , twice in day on empty stomach ( usually advise once in day ) .
Benadon is a vitamin , so you ca n take .
Since ataxia or dizziness are due to the side effect of these drugs ( akt -4 ) ,so vertin will not be effective .
Since akt -4 is necessary , so take this treatment as desired by your doctor .
Gradually this will adjust but if you feel severe side dizziness then consult your doctor .
He can reduce the period of drugs or change the course of drugs.
Good luck.
