hi sir,i had read a lot of your answers regarding health ,weight loss. so , i thought of writing to you and seek your help.i go to gym workout for 1.5hrs and also on strict diet.i have started taking one scoop protein a week back.my height is 5,11 and weight is 85.my friend is very much in bodybuilding and advised me to take 500mg tablet of glycomet in morning after breakfast to increase my weight loss.by god grace i dont have diabetes or any other problem.iam healthy guy slightly on a heavier side ,age 21.so i want to ask you if i consume glycomet with diet and proper exercise will it have any side effects or will i become more prone to diabetes.pleaze sir help me on this
