Hi!
I can understand your concern regarding the safety of Galvusmet tablet.
Used effectively in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults.
It contains two drugs Metformin & Vidgagliptin. It reduces the high blood glucose level by two different mechanisms & it is a very safe drug with less side effects like
Metformin causing abdominal cramps, diarrhoea, indigestion, anemia, & lactic acidosis.
Vildagliptin causing dizziness, constipation, flatulence, weight gain, liver problem, allergic reactions causing angioedema & urtricaria.

Hope this answers your query.

A feedback is appreciated.
