What Are The Ill Effects Of High Stress?

hello, when i was young i had been diagonised for rheumatic carditis. i got treatment and was using penidule injection for 3 yrs and later on i had kaypen 250 grms morning and nite. for 6 yrs and in 2006 i went for a check up and my cardiologist told like everything is fine now no more medicines . by birth in bicuspid or tricuspid valve they told something like there will be three leaflets and for u it is two so no prob but u have to go for medical check up once in 4 yrs as there are chances for calcium depositon. LAst week aftr 4 years i had a general check up and doctor told like i have trivial aortic leakage. i m working as a software engineer and my stress level is more. bt my bp is normal will my stress cause the leakage more

Stree always impose a adverse effect on body. Sanile calsium deposition on aortic valve can lead to aortic stenosis and regurgitation. You should modify your life style by reducing stree, strict controle of blood pressure, low fat, low salt diet. Maintain your wt in normal range. And you should always go to your physician for follow up.
