Hi welcome to HCM
I have gone thru your query regarding your elevated triglyceride and harmful effects of honey.
As a matter of fact ,honey if it is pure , is a wonderful ingredient has many vitamins ,B 6, C ,12 ,Iron , minerals , calcium and has antibacterial ,anti fungal antiseptic properties . Is a great source of energy and regulates blood sugar and insulin in the body . It is difficult to find honey in pure , these days .
So it is better to avoid it .
I will suggest you to use Stevia , a herb naturally
sweet and equally beneficial as pure honey .

Definitely, when it comes to triglycerides, foods have a direct impact on their blood levels. What we eat does affect our serum lipids. We don't need new triglyceride-lowering drugs. It can be put on rails only by diet control and regular exercise
