What Are The Early Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My hubby, and I had sex on oct 17th and my period came on the 20th. I had nausea that weekend and then around 26 and 27th of october i had little pains on ovaries right side, and lower tummy, but i knew i had ovulated already. I am still experiencing nausea now, but now I also have indigestion, sore breast and nipples for about a week and half now. I went to Dr yesterday and got urine test and it was negative. Could i be pregnant but to early to detect?

Hi dear thanks for writing to HealthcareMagic!!
Since you have got the periods that rules out pregnancy and all test should come negative but you are having painful menstruation known as menstrual cramps mostly due to hormonal changes and should subside soon. For that I advise you to take tab ibuprofen, tab pantocid DSR for symptomatic relief. Hot water shake will also help you. If problem persists then check your oestrogen and progesterone level checked and consult.
Hope this information helps
