What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?
i have been trying to concieve since 10th may and for last few days i have symptoms like fatigue,mood swings,dizzyness,back ache and vivid dreams...i suffer from pcos and i am on medication of metformin and cabgolin....i took urine test and it shows negative...could i be pregnant?

Do not concern.
As You told that your urine test is negative there are less chances that you are pregnant. Although your symptoms are some early signs of pregnancy, they may be due to some other conditions also like some infections, your diabetes or your stress.
So my advice is that you just go to your gynaecologist and pass thorough ultrasnography and confirm your diagnosis.
