What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

I recently took Plan-B emergency contraceptive. Yesterday in fact. Today i had unprotected sex with my partner after he masturbated. He pulled out but I'm worried that his precum may have gotten me pregnant. Should I go out and take Plan B again today or is that dangerous.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Yes pregnancy is possible through Pre-ejaculatory fluid. However chances are very less. Pre-ejaculatory fluid is a secretion of cowper gland which occurs before ejaculation in males & research shows that this may contain some sperms in it. Most of these sperms are however dead or non-motile. There may be some sperms left over penis from previous ejaculation too.
So all togethar withdrawal method is not a good method for preventing unwanted pregnancy. Failure rate of over 20% are noticed per year, even there was not even a single ejaculation that occured inside vagina. Therefore one should wear condom before any penetration to be totally protected from unwanted pregnancy.
As per intake of plan B pill, if you took earlier pill less than a week before then intake of Plan B pill is not recommended. Regular intake of Plan B pill could cause irregular periods, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian problems & even infertility.
