What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Ipills?
Hi, i had my first baby in jan 2013.. since then i have nt had a period.. i was breastfeeding as well.. its been two months now since i stopped breastfeeding but still didnt get my periods.. my dr gave me norethisterone for ten days.. on 3rd day of stopping the medicine i started spotting.. is that real period? can i get pregnant? i want to conceive now
You have followed very effectively the breast feeding as contraception. For induction of menses your doctor has given Norethisterone and on stopping it, you have got bleeding. So it seems you have got your menses. Now you need not have any stress for pregnancy. You have once proved that you can become pregnant and can take the pregnancy to the term. So unless some complication has occurred, which has not, you stand a very good chance of becoming pregnant again. Let your menses start regularly. Then follow the principle of fertile window. Egg release takes place 14 days prior to next expected period. A week around that is fertile. Try to time your sexual intercourses around that. It will help to plan your pregnancy.
