What Are The Chances Of Me Getting Pregnant?

My husband suffers suffers from asthenospermia.His sperm motility was just 10% but count is okay.since last 20 days he is taking medicine called oligocare.Just want to know that how fair is the chance of conceiving and what all measures should we take.Does this treatment requires longer time?
