What Are The Chances Of HIV Through Non Penetrative Sex?

This is my first experience with any strange girl, except my wife.
Please advise me. as yesterday I meet with a girl. with unknown status of HIV. and romanced with her. and then she want to play with me and put condom on me and put my pannies in ver vagina, and immediately I pull out my pannis out because i does not want to sex with her. but at the same time I found that my condome broken. its took less then 10 seconds. after I took out my pannis I got leaked after pull out .does there is any chance of HIV infection if my pannies get in and came out.
after taking out within 30-45 minutes i wased my pannis 2-3 times with shop.
I want to know what are the chances for me to get infected with HIV and what are the chance of pregnency of that girl.
Doctor given me STI 5 days course and in my urine test puss cell found to be high then normal , please advise

you have barely been in contact with the girl and you have no chance of getting HIV as per my view as there is no chance of exchange of fluids.
as you have used the condom there is no way that you can get HIV and there is a 0 percentage chance of girl getting pregnant.
for the pus cells in urine please take antibiotics or drugs prescribed by your doctor which will decrease your symptoms.
pus cells in urine might be due to so many causes not necessarily due to STI.
