What Are The Causes Of Neurofibroma Reoccurring And What Is The Diet Suggested?

My husband has a neurofibroma reoccuring on the left side of hip below the ribcage , can i know the causes for it,it was already been removed 2 yrs back , no prob was thr till past 6 mnths, but since 6 mnths its being growing rapidly.. could you plz suggest some remedies for his diet ..
