What Are The Causes For Having Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain For 8 Months?

Hello, I have been dealing with abdominal pain that shifts from the right side sometimes on my left side. I also have low back pain at the same time. I have had CT scan. Sonogram done and nothing has shown up. Do you know what might be causing my pain. This has been going on for 8 months.
