What Are The Causes And Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I woke up with a hardness under my jaw, I thought it was just swollen lymph nodes, it's starting to spread on to my cheek. The issue is hard and feels tingly. It has progressed in a matter of hours. I didn't notice it at all and then I suddenly noticed how far it had spread.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the allergic reaction to some thing. The other causes may be the boil, developed, and spreading. As there is no itching, boil must be the cause.
I advise you to consult the surgeon for diagnosis.
you may need to have an incision and drainage, when starts becoming ripe.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
