Hello,

There are no serious interactions between the pravastatin, metoprolol and hydralazine. I could not find the medication venastripin, maybe you misspelt it? Also, each medication has many different side effects, so if you think your mother might be having a side effect, it would help if you can let me know what side effect she might be having and then see if any of these medications could be the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
