What Are Red Itchy Marks Around The Genital Area And Boil On Penis Suggestive Of?
Hi from the last 5 day i am noticing a red marks near my genital area which is very itchy and small boil on my penis and on my stomach a i got a patch its paining..please guide me what to do. Is it a fungal infection or something else..i am attaching my picture to better understand my problem.

It may be due to fungal infection.
For that you may apply clotrimazole ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid sweating
