What Are Recurring Fatigue, Headache And Discomfort In Stomach Suggestive Of?

My husband has been feeling fatigued and has a mild headache on and off during the day. At times, his stomach feels queasy. He has no fever and has seen our doctor. Blood tests show everything normal. What could he possibly have that is making him feel this way?

Hello,

There are alot of causes of fatigue. Stomach heaviness or nauseating feeling, headache are generalized symptoms that needs further evaluation.

I would like to see if the patient has other symptoms or any black stools or weight loss and also Blood test which have been done.

As there is nothing positive in these then we need to get ahead for the next set of tests which include vitamin levels check, a simple erythrocyte sedimentation rate and a stool test. sometimes a simple viral infection is enough to cause fatigue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
