Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Are Extreme Fatigue, Body Ache And Impaired Thoughts Suggestive Of?
I am continually achy all over and am always tired. More recently I have noticed that if I sit for more than about 15 minutes are so I am extremely slow standing and and very stiff. I have also noticed that I am forgetting things (that people just said to me), have good days and bad days with nausea. restless legs at nigh (VERY BAD). and most recently notice that I am continually tucking my hands. By that I mean I make a fist and bend my wrist back towards my forearm. I will be driving and notice I do it with the hand that is not on the steering wheel, or - - I will be watching tv and notice I have my hands tucked. Never used to do that.
Hard to say without an exam. There are several marginal diseases that do not have either good tests to say you don't have them nor good data to say what exactly they are: fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue that have these symptoms. And any chronic infection from TB or AIDS down to minor bladder infections and everything in between such as hepatitis or mono will do this. These can be screened for with simple tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
