What Activities Should Be Avoided By Persons With Thrombophilia?

Hey.I was found with elevated fibrinogen,im female,32 years old.the doctor didn't think there was reason for more tests, for thrombophilia specifically. regardless, are there risky things i should avoid?like travelling many hours by plane,travelling to countries of high altitude,piercing,tatoos,warm spa?anything?

1. Thrombophilia is increased risk of thrombus formation.
2. When you are with thrombophilia, you will be on anticoagulants. Increased risk of bleeding will be present due to the medications.
3. Avoiding contact sports, long traveling hours, prolonged bed rest, dehydration, infections are things you need to avoid.
4. Routine followup of INR is essential and to maintain it within normal range, medication adjustment would be necessary.
