IM 16 5 FT 9- WENT FROM 200LB TO 180LB AND I DO SEDENTARY EXERCISE PUSHUPS,DIPS,CHINUPS,WEIGHT REPS AND I DON'T EAT ENOUGH CALORIES I MIGHT EAT ABOUT 1200-1600 A DAY WHY AM I LOSING WEIGHT AND NOT GAINING MUSCLE ?

Cause of your so called sedentary exercise routine and diet! eating rite is very important to gain muscle mass. get yourself a diet chart with adequate proteins and carbs in it so as to maintain your weight plus provide adequate energy.
