Weight Loss, Pain, Cold Sweats And Irregular Periods. Low Levels Of Thyroid. Need Medication?

I'm losing weight, in a ton of pain, cold sweats, irregular menstrual cycle and bowel movements. Border line low levels of t3 but no diagnosed thyroid, blood was taken. High anxiety, little sleep and tons of irritability. All the docs here wont help me because they think I want drugs but I definitely do not want whatever they think I'm after. I just want to feel better. Where do I go now?
