Weight Gain. Feeling Of Thrown Up During Over Eating. How To Increase Weight?
Hello i am having troubles keeping me weight up, Before i was pregnant i was weighting at 120 pounds and ever since i had my baby i can t get back up there. I am always at 102 and the lowest it got was 98 pounds. I went to my family doctor about it and got my blood work done, and they told me to eat more fattening food like mash potatoes etc. I eat a lot of food and eat the most i can, but even when i have 10 scoops of something i always feel like throwing up, should i be concerned about this? I do smoke but not a lot but i also smoke before i was pregnant and i never lost the weight i always stayed at my regular weight. Is there anythings that it could be? Or what do i do about it? Please help me.
Hellooo... First of all gaining weight is very easy.Just follow these simple steps 1.eat 4-5 small meals evenly distributed throughout the day (basically eat every 3 hours or so ) 2.Drink upto 1.5-2 litres of water everyday 3.Your diet should consist of 50% carbs 30% protein and 20% fat 4.Eat all your meals at a specific time everyday 5. Add a vitamin tablet
Follow this regimen for a month or so and you should see some nice gains coming through. Thank you and take care
