Hi, thanks for using health care magic

To determine if a persons weight is appropriate for their height, the BMI is calculated. This stands for body mass index and is weight (kg) divided by height in m (this is squared).
A BMI of 18 to 24.9 is normal. To achieve this BMI , at your height, your weight would have to be between 55 kg and 76.
This means that for your height, your weight would be considered normal if it lies between these values.

If you are less than this, you can increase your weight by increasing the amount of calories that you eat or drink.
You can add dressings, mayonaise or cheese to your salads to increase their caloric value.
Increase frequency of meals and use healthy high calories snacks like nuts.

I hope this helps
