Waist And Knees Have Red Spots. Done Skin Biopsy. Is It Related To Stress?

I have red spots on my legs. It started on my ankles then went up to my knees and then to my waist. Two dermatologists said it was Schambergs Disease. Had a skin biopsy and it showed no cancer. Now I noticed it is appearing on my back and stomach. When I wake up in the morning my legs are pretty clear and the spots are lighter. As the day goes on they get worse. No itching or bumps, don`t feel any discomfort. This started about 8 mos. ago. I have not changed my diet or supplements and have done nothing different in my life. I have had a tremendous amt. of stress in the last yr. What should I do next.
