Vomiting, Right Side Pain, Nausea. Had Laproscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy. Recommendations?

Hello I was wondering if anyone had any advice I was really sick Friday and was throwing up all day. Ever since then my right side has been throbbing it hurts to stand, sit, lay pretty much move. I'm not bleeding or spotting at this time but I am nauseous. I have a doctors appt Thursday so I was trying to wait to go there. I'm just was not sure if I might have pulled something maybe. I had laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy on August 9th 2013 any advice would be great. I'm 28 and no one in my family has been thur this. Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
hello

as per the symptoms described by you, there is a strong possibility of you having developed acute appendicitis, though an examination by a surgeon is a necessity at the earliest. you might as well go to a doctor immediately to get yourself assessed.

meanwhile try taking as much fluid as possible

wishing you a speedy recovery

regards
