Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The description lacks details. There is no leading clue to suggest anything definite.
‘Vibration’ may mean twitching of muscle – could be normal at times.
It may mean irregular heart beats – if so, you need ECG (routine / 24-hour monitoring) / Echocardiogram and so on.
Cancer or blood pressure is not likely to cause this feeling.

As planned, you should see your cardiologist for further assessment and assistance.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
