You probably have a Rectovaginal fistula(abnormal connection between vagina and rectum). Depending on the size of the connection,it could allow both flatulence(gas) and faeces to escape through the vagina.Your is probably small so allows only gas to escape through your vagina.
It is mostly caused by truamatic injuries during labour(obstetric fistulas),whose risks are increased by prolonged labour, instrumental deliveries and paramedian episiotomies or perineal tears.
Treatment depends on the size and cause of the fistula. It will usually involve surgery and antibiotherapy.
See your local Doctor to plan for treatment.
