Urine, Motion And Mouth Is Smelly. Have Diabetes And Hypertension. Recommendations?

hi sir, i am an indian - singer with type2 diabetics . i hav also hypertension .i am taking alopathy and homeo medicines in alternative days .i am with this 2 disorders for the past 3-5 months.and also i had the habit of drinking and stopped it completly before 2 months.now my urine and motion are too smelly ,my mouth is also smelling.and frequently i am getting tired. i am in need to get ur advice to knocked out these bleddy things .can i please...

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have Diabetes Type II and High Blood pressure, you must understand that you need to take medicines regularly as prescribed by your Physician, and not alternate days as you are taking.
I am glad that you have stopped drinking as it affects both diseases adversely.
Both disorders may not be cured but always can be controlled by proper treatment.
Please take care of diet and exercise along with your medication.
About your urine problem get it tested for infection by R&M and culture and sensitivity if there is any infection detected it can be easily treated.
Smell from mouth can have many causes so visit a good Dentist for gums and teeth health if there is any thing get it corrected like gum disease and if cleaning is required go for it and keep good hygiene by tooth brushing,mouth wash and Dental flossing.
Please keep BP and Blood sugar level under good control monitor by FBS,PPBS and HbA1c periodically.
