hello, im julie lanip,just got my urinalysis , i want to know about my problem, result of my laboratory are the following, pus cells 23 -33, red blood cells 15 -20,leucocytes +3, ph 8,specific gravity 1.010, im also having rhuematoid arthritis and taking prednesone 2.5 mg daily and 5pcs methotrexate once a week, please help, im worried thanks

Hello Mam...
ur urine reports at present showing urinary tract infection... most probably secondary to immunity suppression by steroides.... along with damage to kidneys are suspected....
i suggest you to get done some more lab reports including total blood count and serum creatinine...
and urine culture reports...
start antibiotic acoording to urine culture and sensitivity report...
consult rheumatologist or physician for witholding steroids...
