Urethral Swab Culture Shows Straphylococcus Aureus. What Do The Findings Mean And Treatment?

Hello,I have just had some results back from a laboratory and its says from a uretheral swab culture that i have yielded growth of straphylococcus aureus !! under the notes section it says Sensitivity too: clind+++, Cefalexin++, clox +,tet +, cip+, does that mean i should use one of those drugs to help eradicte this problem ? also is it likely that i caught it through sexual contact ?

Staphylococcus aureus is a bacterium that is a member of the Firmicutes, and is frequently found in the human respiratory tract and on the skin.
The most effective antibiotics your test has indicated is the one with +++ means Clindamycine.300 to 450 mg every 6 hours.
It is rarely taken from sexual contact and mostly by the skin lokal damages and irritation.
