Unprotected Sex. Taken Plan-b, Nausea, No Vomiting, Not Eaten Anything During The Day. Side Effects Of Plan B?

hi, i had unprotected sex 2 nights ago and i took the plan b one step after a couple of hours, but after a couple of hours i felt nausea and felt like vomiting but i never did vomit. i also had nothing to eat during the whole day because i was working, is it bad if i felt like that or is it because since i did not have anything in my stomach thats the reason why i felt nausea. does the pill works anyways.

Nausea is a recognized side effect of emergency contraceptive pill.
Vomiting is less common.
