Unprotected Sex. Boil On Stomach. What May Have Happened?

hi stephen i have unprotected sex with a married woman, one time only but after 1 minute or 2 i used condom. then we finished intercourse. aftert 2 or 3 days i got 3 boil on my stomach . i m so worried. i m fearing of getting test my blood . after a month i had sex with my wife now she has boil on her stomach. i m so worried. help me out.
