Unable to eat, ulcers in mouth, sore throat, burning sensation in tongue, Lexanox, any medication or home remedy ?

I am not able to eat properly due to some ulcer problem in my mouth. I have sore throat and burning sensation in my tongue . I am applying Lexanox (Amlexanox oral paste 5%) for about a week. There is no improvement. Could you suggest proper medicine for this problem? Are there any home remedies for this type or problem?

Ulcers need time. What is best is Mucopain ointment before food so that no burning during meals. and Hexigel for healing after meals. I propose you take proper B complex supplements like Surbex-T
these ulcers are usually due to Vit B deficiency. Avoid spicy food and use a mouthwash to be free from infection
