Hi..
Thanks for the query...
Are you a diabetic?
With multiple sclerosis there are more chances optic neuritis which may cause weakness of optic nerve..
If you are a diabetic there can also be nerve palsies which cause symptoms like inability to move the eyes, double vision and eyeball turning in..
Tunnel vision before a migraine headache is not to be worried about unless it is coming back to totally normal after the headache subsides..
Get a complete ocular examination done by a specialist and get the necessary tests done based on his/her suggestion..
Hope this information helps.. Take care...
