Trying To Conceive, Have Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Clear Discharge, Negative Pregnancy Test. What Does This Mean?

Hello, For the last 2 days I have had a abdominal/ pelvis pain and bloating . For about 4 days i have had a clear discharge (enough to where it feels like i m wet ). I should have ovulated on the 10th of this month. My husband and i have been trying to conceive for about 10 months now. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it said no. what could this be?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion as your urine pregnancy test is negative get a pelvic ultrasonography and b HCG testing because it can be an early pregnancy or worse ectopic tubal pregnancy and then visit a gynecologist with reports.
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
Take care and wish you all the best.
