Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely fordyce spots. It is a harmless condition which is also called sebaceous prominence. For such condition i advise tretinoin cream along with alpha hydroxy acid.I also recommend to take food with lot of antioxidants like avocado and green leafy vegetables. Hygeine and using loose underwear also is also important in this.Anyhow it is better to have a dermatology consultation and confirm what it is.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
