Treatment For Ear Ringing And Sensitivity To High-pitched Sounds?

Hi, I know I have ringing in both ears, but my left ears hurts/very sensitive to high pitch sounds. Such as small dog barking, speaker phone on that side, even three feet away. Also, I have the same problem with people talking with my left hear, even though I can still hear theme. The symptoms are pain, strong vibrations, similar as a base speaker bouncing in and out if you turn the volume up very high. Also cracking/popping with jaw movement.
Thanks, Lamar

Hi Lamar.
This is quite untypical pain and sensation you have. You need to consult an ENT Specialist who would advise you ENT Endoscopy, Audiometry and further tests on clinical examination. There may be a history of acoustic injury , may be not noticed by you. Till then use ear masks to avoid further injury.
