Transabdominal and Endovaginal pelvic ultrasound Visualization demonstrates that the uterus measuring 10.9 x 6.9 x 6.3 cm Intrauterine gestational sac measuring 0.8 cm a yolk sac is identified fetal pole is not able to be visualized No free fluid is identified ovaries appear unremarkable with exception of a 2 cm cyst on right side 2.3 cm subchorionic hemorrhage appears to be present adjacent to gestational sac Impression: an intrauterine gestational sac containing a yolk sac is identified but is below accurate measurable levels This suggests that the pregnancy less than six weeks in age no fetal pole is able to identified Small subchorionic hemorrhage or Implantation hemorrhage 2 cm right ovarian cyst . Lmp: 08Jan2013 Feb. 20 2013 hcg level 1902 Feb 23 hcg level 1842 Next hcg level is on tues feb 26,2012 Bleeding brown only enough for a panty liner no cramps or pains no blood clots been spotting since feb 20 2013
