Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Done. History Of Pelvic Pain. What Does The Report Indicate?

Hello I just received my report from a pelvic complete non ob, us transvaginal. History of pelvic pain.
findings: the uterus is mildly heterogeneous in echotexture. discrete fibroid is not identified. it measures 10.6 cm longitudinally x 4.6 cm in AP dimension x 6.6 cm transversely.
There is a bicornuate configuration of the uterus. The right horn demonstrates a maximum endometrial thickness of 1.3 cm.
The left horn demonstrates a maximum endometrial thickness of 1.3 cm and demonstrates a possible minute focus of calcification.
Endocervix demonstrates nabothian cysts.
Cul-de-sac is free of fluids or masses.
The right ovary measures 2.8 x 1.5 x 2.3 cm and demonstrates small subcentimeter follicular-type cysts.
Impression: Heterogeneous mildly enlarge uterus. there is a bicornuate configuration with prominence of the endometrium in both horns, suggestiong the patients secretory phase. clinical correlation is advised for menstrual status. there may be a minute focus of calcification within the left horn.
Endocervical nabothian cysts.

what does all of this mean?

Nabothian cyst is a mucous filled cyst on the surface of cervix..
They are symptom less and are benign..they do not cause any harm

in time they undergo regression..There is no need to worry about this nabothian cyst..
They can be surgically corrected by cryotherapy or electrocautery.

In the query you didn't mention your age..do you have any children?
with Bicornate uterus you have recurrent miscarriages..
you need surgical correction for this.
