Took 12 Dpo, Ovaries Are Aching, Have Burning Sensation, Nausea, Headaches. Did HCG, Pap Smear Test. No Problem. Suggestions?

it has been 12 dpo both my ovaries began aching, then it switched to the left ovary with a burning sensation 9just 1 day now) i've done HCG test, pap smear and all is good, we are ttc of course. my symtoms are bloating, gassy, nausea, headaches (now gone) no sore breasts, fatigue... the left ovary is burning in a "coming and going" effect... really nervous !!!!
