Toodler Had Rotavirus. Unable To Pass Stool. Suggestions?

Dear Dr, About a week back my two year old child had a Rotavirus atack, and after that he had recovered, was back home. Three days back he had a fever for throat infection and fever was there for twodays. Now he has recoevred from it as well, but since yesterday he been crying to pass stool , but has not passed stool for last 24 hours. Please help... God Bless

thanks for your query at hcm.
if child is taking good amount of food and water and not passed stools for 24 hours , child have to be physically examined for the cause.
after rotavirus infection child might have problems in bowel.
get child examined by doctor further investigation and management.
