Toe Numb, Lower Back Pain. Why Constipated With Diarrhea? Had Red Blood Discharge. Help?

I m a 27 year old female. For the last year I ve been experiencing unusual symptoms. It began the first few months with leg pain, toes numbing on both sides, and lower left back pain , sometimes all the way down to my tailbone. I had an EMG and the results came back fine. I also had an Xray and the doctors said I had a small curvature of the spine ( scoliosis ). The leg pains and toe numbing has gone away since then. I also for the last year have had a place on left side under my ribs that would come up at times and feels like a baby kicking almost. Recently, for the past 7 months I started having bowl problems with constipation and diarrhea. Everytime I d get constipated or diarrhea( light red blood when I would wipe) and I would get lower left back pain, sometimes on left side of stomach and pain in my left ribs-towards the middle. My Primary Doctor, ordered a CT back in May. The results came back and she told me to take miralax. I did so. It is now August and I started experiencing problems a few days ago. First day, blood in stool , I felt dizzy, as if room were spinning for about 45 min. mid-day out of nowhere and felt like I was going to get sick to my stomach, but had a bowl movement with blood in it. I also had a sharp pain my left rib and like a ball come up. Very noticeable. Day 2, I had blood in my stool that day as well, Pain and achey feeling in my left rib , towards middle of my chest. Day3, Today, still achey pain in left rib, and bowl movement in the morning looked like I started my period almost, but come from my bowels. I called my Doctor, they told me to go to the E.R. They did another CAT scan, results came back and the ER Doc said I had a cut, which he gave my a hydrocortisone suppository for, and also said I had an Ovarian cyst , size 2.6 cm and told me to call my gyno and said I should have another CAT scan in 6 months. I called my gyno office and they asked me where it was located and I said I had no clue. The gyno office said they were calling to get my CAT scan results to look at and would call me back tomorrow to see if my gyno wanted me to come in now or not. (also , I havent been to my gyno in 2 years). Should I press on this issue with my gyno or not worry and make sure I get the CAT scan in 6months??? I m mostly worried because I ve had so many changes in the last year to my body and I can feel it is changing. I assumed it has to do with me getting older.
