Tired After Walking In Sun, Doing Regular Exercise And Having Proper Food. Suggestions?
Hi , I am 26 yrs old men .I have blood count of 14.4 , but am getting tired when I walk in sunny days,get more sweats. I use to do exercise daily for continous 45 mins jogging and situps of 100 times per day in the evening time.
Before I use to skip dinner or breakfst sometimes. But nowadays I am not able to skip dinner or breakfast. Is this problem due to any symptoms. Please suggest
Hello.Getting tired when you walk in suny day is related to decrease water in your body.If sweating is excessive decrease water in your body and you feel tired. Avoid walking on very sunny days or drink water while you walk. About skip dinner or breakfast it is not recommended.You must to take dinner and breakfast every days. I wish you good health.
