Hi there. You seem to be "ticked off!" ;-) On a serious note, ticks are not commonly found on heads' of penis'. Either you or your girfriend has had a case of bad personal hygeine or aquired it from another contact. There is an outside chance a pet (Dog) could have had a role here. I dont think the kick to the penis (albeit not a friendly sport) would have caused the itch & the glandular enlargement. If your penis region is painful, then there is a case for some damage aka
fracture penis etc but judging by your description, unlikely. Please wash all fomites, undergarments et al of both partners' in hot water, dry well & iron out the creases...this applies to all garments in household. Use an OTC(over the counter) antibacterial/anti-tick soap daily for a week..contact time 10 mts. If certain about tick/mite, use a 5% permethrin lotion from head to toe..leave on for 6-8 hrs (single application) & wash off. Locally, use a combination of
crotamiton 10% (Eurax) &
betamethasone creams twice/daily to penile head et al for some 48 hrs together with an oral once/day non-sedative antihistamine called
fexofenadine 180 (telfast-180). This should see you feeling much better in 48 hrs. If still under the weather, please visit your local
dermatologist. Cheers & wish you good luck & practice
safe sex always!!
