Throbbing Pain In Right Side Upper Tooth, Tingling Nose, Pressure In Nose And Forehead. X-ray Showed No Cavity. Sinus Related?

I have been to the dentist after experiencing some upper right side of mouth teeth aching. It is not more sensitive to hot or cold food but throbs. The dentist has said that there is no need for fillings and after x-raying no cavities or issues. That side of my nose also tingles and I have a pressure in my nose and forehead. Is this teeth or sinus related?

Greetings of the day
It could be related to Maxillary sinus which is in close proximity to upper teeth. Steam inhalation will definitely relieve you from sinus congestion.
Take care

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that as there is no problem in teeth and you got pain on frontal and nasal area, there is a chance of hiving acute sinusitis.
consult ENT and get examined.
Do vicks nasal inhalation.
Ok and take care.
