Throbbing Below Rib Cage, Body Tremors. Blood Test Normal. Cause And Remedy?

Just below my left rib cage there is this throbbing occurring for about a week now. My whole body feels like its shaking the slightest bit also. Ive had anxiety recently, but my breathing has been normal of late, however, the breathing isn t smooth. I am a male 19 years old. I went to a walk-in clinic twice about 2 months ago. My blood was drawn both times; first test the doctor said there was low iron levels present and said maybe i was dehydrated so she told me to come back again for a second time. The second time my blood was within range of normal for everything. It s so hard to concentrate for my finals and I just dont know what to do about this.

Hi,
It seems that you are having Anxiety neurosis.
At this age every thing normal so forget about worries and concentrate on your study.
Come out of worries of your finals.
Develop self power and strong confidence.
Do deep breathing exercise.
Take high nourishing food.
spare some time for sports and chatting with your friends.
Ok and take care.

Hello,

The commonest cause of pain in the rib cage area is due to muscular spasm.
Mild discomfort in breathing is in favour of muscular spasm.
in this situation I would advise my patient to relax.
Give yourself adequate rest.
Take analgesic for pain.

Inspite of the above measures if the pain is not subsiding then you need to consult your doctor.
He may advise you an ECG and X ray of the chest to rule out any other cause that may be creating the pain.
