This type of thing can not come out from uterus or vagina.
It is possible that you might have worm infestation in the intestine like round worm,thread worm or tap worm,migrated from anus to vagina giving rise appearance of coming out from vagina.
Go for stool test for ova,cyst or worms.
It is better to show to your doctor or gynaec.
