Tested Positive For Staph Infection. Moderate Growth Of Mixed Skin Flora Isolated. Does It Mean Bacterial Infection?

Can you tell me what "moderate growth of mixed skin flora isolated" means. Bacterial infection? Nothing to worry about?

My daughter tested positive for a staph infection 3 months ago. A month of antibiotics and creams and then more creams and another culture (turned in to lab 6 days after taken) and that was the result. She's been battling this for 6 months. Advice?
