Terrible Acid Reflux Leading To Coughing. Diet Preferences?

i have terrible acid refluc to the point that i cought at night due to the acid protruding up ward . I would like to know what
foods to avoid . I due take omeprazole 40m mg twice a day. I only take this when there is an attack due to osteoarthritis in my knees and this medication lowers the magnisium levels therefore causeing arthritis or osteoporosis

Hi,
I am surprised that you're physician is ticking with omeprazole even though its not working out for you, there are other medications he can prescribe to you for example antacids and H2 antagonists.
I suggest you talk to your physician and discuss these options.
